Wet-lease – Under U.S. law, a wet-lease is exactly the same as a charter.
One airline rents aircraft and crew from another airline.
乾租 Dry Lease
Dry Lease: A net lease. This term traditionally is used in aircraft and
marine leasing to describe a lease agreement that provides financing only
and, therefore, requires the lessee to separately procure personnel, fuel
and provisions necessary to operate the craft.
