之前訂了荷蘭航空單程曼谷到台北的機票，
但由於人在泰國想要改期，所以寫信過去給當地的KLM
而其中一段的回信內容如下
In regards to your enquiry,date change on your ticket is permitted free of
charge subject to availability of fare. However, because this change will
be a change in outbound date, therefore,taxes will be recalculated as of
the new departure date. Passenger will need to pay for any tax differences
should there be any.
想請問我選的更改日期之機票含稅價格與原本的含稅價格皆相同，
為什麼最後還需要再次支付比原本日期貴的稅款呢?@@ 稅款不是本來就計算好了嗎
