winglet讓wingtip votex由內側面(機翼上表面那側)撞上winglet
造成一個反作用力將飛機推進
如帆船行進原理，所以那玩意的確是帆...
wikipedia上wingtip devices條目的內容:
The wingtip vortex, which rotates around from below the wing,
strikes the cambered surface of the winglet, generating a
force that angles inward and slightly forward, analogous
to a sailboat sailing close hauled.
The winglet converts some of the otherwise-wasted energy
in the wingtip vortex to an apparent thrust.
