從巴黎回程機票刻意選了晚班機
想說可以提早到機場附近拍些飛機
不過就在搜尋相關資訊時
看到有國外航空迷寫道：
Spotting here is accepted but YOU NEED A LETTER from the PREFECTURE DE LA
SEINE SAINT DENIS. The police arrived within 5 minutes and apparently the
fine is 350 euros if you do not have one. It is free but you must apply in
French and it takes about 3 to 5 weeks to arrive and enclosed a photocopy of
your passport/national ID Card.

之後又上wiki查了查發現也有相關的敘述：
On 7 November 2005, prefectoral decision 05-4979 was issued, relating
specifically to Charles de Gaulle airport. The article 32-5 prohibits
photographs being taken for private use of anything moving (e.g. aircraft) or
not moving (e.g. buildings) within the "zone reservée" (the restricted area)
from the "zone publique" (the public area).

意思幾乎是遊客要在這邊拍飛機是無望了...
因此想請教各位同好
據你們的了解這個限制是針對從航站外拍攝航站範圍內的物體
還是也不能在航站內(例如：gate前)拍攝？
因為網路上仍然可以找到許多遊客在出境前在gate附近拍攝的飛機照片
所以有點疑惑
此外有無板友曾在戴高樂拍照被關切過的？是否可分享經驗？
