女友在Spanair跟國泰擔任過空姐
兩間公司的工作環境真的是天差地遠
首先待遇方面 Spanair真的是非常優厚
Spnair空姐起薪是3000歐
大概是國泰的一倍還多很多

 然後工作氣氛都是非常愉快  公司對於員工也是非常照顧
在國泰的時候 無論你是否有經驗 客人對你的滿意度
只要你是新人 就一定會被下馬威 做錯做對都是
而且公司非常精打細算 甚麼都要自己付費
連受訓期間在國泰自己的旅館的wifi都要付費才能使用

對員工好的公司不代表可以永續生存
剩下的只會是精打細算的血汗公司吧..
