[新聞] 聯合航空接收了第一架787

一樣重點整理一下。

1.UA在9/22接收第一架787-8，註冊編號為N20904。

2.身為北美洲發起客戶的聯(ㄉㄚˋ)合(ㄌㄨˋ)航空，這架飛機將飛往休士頓。

3.從11/4起，787-8將首航休士頓--芝加哥等美國國內航線。

4.12/4起，787-8將投入國際航線。

5.UA一共訂了50架787-8。

6.在2012年底前，UA將接收5架B787-8。



United takes first 787

United Airlines took ownership of its first Boeing 787-8 on 22 September, the
carrier announced today.

It says that it will fly the aircraft, which is registered N20904, to its
Houston Intercontinental hub later this week.

"As the North American launch customer, we are delighted to be getting our
first 787 Dreamliner," says Jeff Smisek, chief executive of United. "As we
continue to build the world's leading airline, we are excited for our
customers and co-workers to experience this game-changing aircraft."
Boeing

The Chicago-based Star Alliance carrier will initially fly the 787 on routes
between Houston and its other domestic hubs, beginning on 4 November. It will
launch international service with the aircraft on 4 December.

United will receive five 787s this year, it says.

The airline has 50 787-8s on order.
