標題[新聞] ATR終於成功進軍日本市場

好久沒有貼關於ATR的新聞了,老王賣瓜自賣自誇一下吧。
1.日本新成立的區域航空公司"LINK"將於2013年引進ATR-72-600客機。
2.ATR公司在2012/10/9於名古屋舉辦的日本航空展發佈這則好消息。
3.這將是ATR首度打入日本市場,在此之前,ATR已成功橫掃了亞太地區,共有25個國家
50家航空公司在此地區操作多達250架ATR客機。
4.ATR-72-600將配備加拿大生產的PW127M發動機。
5.Link航空成立於2012/4/5,將於2013年首航,預計投入日本國內線及近距離國際線。
Japanese Carrier LINK to Launch Service in Late 2013, with ATR 72-600s

New Japanese regional carrier Link will introduce the first ATR regional
airliners to fly in Japan, one of the last few Asian countries where ATR
turboprops are not yet operating.
Link (which styles its name ‘LINK’) will start operations in late 2013 with
three leased ATR 72-600 turboprops, the carrier and ATR announced on October
9 at the Japan Aerospace Airshow, held in Nagoya.
Regional-aircraft manufacturer ATR, a joint venture between EADS and Alenia
Aeronautica, obtained European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) certification
for the ATR 72-600 version of its strong-selling ATR 72 turboprop on May 31,
2011
ATR says the arrival of the three 70-seat ATR 72-600 aircraft into the
Japanese market represents a milestone for the Toulouse-based manufacturer,
which is well established elsewhere in Asia and the Pacific region. Some 250
ATR regional airliners are now operated by some 50 airlines in more than 25
countries in the Asia-Pacific region.
Link’s ATR 72-600s will be equipped with Pratt & Whitney Canada PW127M
engines and a full-glass cockpit developed by Thales. They will also be
equipped with the new Armonia cabin, developed by Italian designer Giugiaro.
“The ATR 72-600 perfectly fits with our requirements in terms of low
operating costs, most updated technologies and optimal comfort,” said Koichi
Sugiyama, chief executive officer of Link. “This is the most recently
certified 70-seat aircraft on the market, and we are proud to start our
operations with such a modern, successful and well-reputed aircraft.”
“Today is a really important day for ATR. We are entering a new and huge
market which may bring us substantial commercial opportunities in a country
with some 130 million inhabitants,” said Filippo Bagnato, chief executive
officer of ATR. “The introduction of these ATR 72-600s with LINK will give
us the opportunity of further consolidating our newest 70-seat aircraft as
the reference for regional operations.”
Link Inc. was established on April 5 in order to enter the regional air
transport market in Japan. It aims to start commercial operation in late
2013 with three ATR 72-600s on domestic routes linking major airports and
local airports in Japan, as well as on short-haul international routes.

歐洲製造商要攻進日本市場真的很不容易,
A300半賣半相送好不容易殺出一條血路,
A320算是趁虛而入(波音當時沒有好的產品與之競爭),
A340被趁亂取消訂單,
A321是A340取消訂單的補償,但很快地又離開了日本市場,
A380雖然有SKYMARK航空下訂,但ANA/JAL應該不會下訂,
A350也被B787搶奪先機...
ATR早在當年推出ATR-72-500時,
就派了展示機(Air Tahiti塗裝)去日本飛來飛去,
以競爭YS-11的後繼機種,
但ANA/JAL Group最後還是下單了DHC-8-Q400。
DHC-8-Q400在日本市場確實也發揮地不錯,
其可投入近兩個小時的航線,
而且接近噴射機的飛行速度也取代了部分噴射機的運能,
不過以1個小時左右的區域航線來說,
70席的ATR-72-600確實擁有較低的操作成本。
GE表示:一定是我的包機DEMO秀,吸引了日本人的目光,ATR72-600能否算便宜一點(誤)
