[問題] 轉機行李誰負責運轉?

實際上是帶有濃厚恨意的問文....

之前從MUC搭 LH730 經過HKG 轉CX400回TPE

途中新買的Rimowa行李掉在香港

寄回來的時候 不但有凹傷 也有刮痕

雖然 行李用久難免會有小擦傷

但是我看其他人用了比我久的Rimowa傷痕都沒有我大

實在對轉機行李轉運的品質印象很差

請問 像這樣在香港轉機

從LH機上轉到CX上
是香港機場的人負責 還是CX?
