就是DL自2014開始累積2015的會員等級,除了和其他航空公司一樣的Medallion Qualified
Mile(MQM)之外,還必需要達成minimum花在Delta Airline的錢的目標,這個目標稱為
Medallion Qualified Dollar(MQD)
若只有MQM達到變成卡客的標準還不夠,還要MQD達到標準才會拿到下一年卡客的資格
舉個例來講,要變成能進貴賓室的金卡會員,必需要最少50000MQM之外,還要買Delta的機
票至少花一年5000美金(5000MQD),買票的稅金不算在5000美金之內,另外票號不是006
開頭的票所花的錢也不算在MQD(也就是夥伴航空公司的票不算)
DL的目的是要減少卡客的人數,讓服務更好(真的嗎?? 讓我們繼續看下去....)
如果這個措施有效,其他美籍航空也許會跟進
但是這個措施只對地址在美國五十州境內的人有效,地址在五十州之外的人不受影響
如果住在美國五十州但是每年花在DL聯名信用卡的金錢超過25000美金也可以豁免這項規定

Residency: Country of residence is determined by the primary address in the
member’s SkyMiles account at the time of qualification for Medallion status.
Documentation may be required for some types of address changes. Please see
the SkyMiles Membership Guide for more information and a list of acceptable
documentation. Delta reserves the right to audit an account at any time for
residency requirements, request further supporting documentation and update
the address for any member's SkyMiles account using the National Change of
Address (NCOA) data filed by relocating postal customers, but shall have no
obligation to do so. Accounts found in violation are subject to penalty, up
to and including termination of Medallion status and closure of the SkyMiles
account.
(1) DL規定在某些特定的情況下更改地址,必須要事先寄一些證明文件到DL位於Atlanta的總部
地址更改才是有效的,
(2) DL也保留自動更新會員地址的權力,DL會進入美國郵局的System(NCOS)
查你的地址再幫你更新為美國的地址
(3) 如果被發現冒用地址等違反Residency的規定,DL會取消會籍並關閉會員資格
至於關於(1)所提到的特定情況更改地址需要先寄證明文件到DL總部的情況及需準備的文件

特定情況指的就是將地址由美國五十州移往非五十州以外的地區
需要準備的資料包括:
‧ Government issued ID with new address (Drivers License, learner’s permit,
Country/State-issued photo ID card
護照,駕照,身份證等上面有新地址的證件
‧ Utility bill in customer’s name showing new address, dated within the
past 60 days
六十天內,電費水費手機費等有新地址的帳單
‧ Deed, mortgage, monthly mortgage statement, or residential rental/lease
agreement
showing proof of ownership at new address, with customer’s name and
signature. Lease
must be dated within the past year.
一年內,房貸或是租約等有新地址的法律文件
‧ Bank statement with customer’s name and address, dated within the past 60
days (may
block out sensitive information)
六十天內,有新地址的銀行帳戶資料
‧ Payroll statement with customer’s name and address, dated within the past
60 days
(may block out sensitive information)
六十天內有新地址的薪資單
‧ Postal Service change of address confirmation form
郵局提供更換地址的證明文件
‧ Current automobile or life insurance bill, or homeowners or renter
insurance bill (cards or
policies are not accepted)
有地址的保險證明文件
‧ Copy of school records/transcript from a school in which the applicant is
currently
enrolled, issued by an accredited school
有地址的學校成績單
‧ Postmarked mail with forwarding address label (must display the customer’
s full name)
有全名的有地址有郵戳的信件
‧ Receipt for personal property taxes or real estate taxes paid within the
last year
去年的報稅資料
‧ Letter from member’s employer on official company letterhead, detailing
member’s
有公司抬頭的工作證明信
