Dear Mr XXX,
We are delighted to announce that from 15 November 2013, checked-in baggage
allowance for all Singapore Airlines and SilkAir flights will be increased by
10kg across all classes. For flights to and from the United States or Brazil,
where a per-piece allowance applies, customers travelling in Singapore
Airlines Suites, First Class and Business Class will be entitled to check in
two pieces of luggage of up to 32kg each.
As a KrisFlyer Elite Gold member, you will continue to enjoy an additional
20kg of baggage allowance in your respective class of travel, or one extra
piece of checked-in baggage on flights to and from the United States or
Brazil.
Your revised checked-in baggage allowance as a KrisFlyer Elite Gold member is
summarised below*:
