[問題] a valid ID of cardholder是甚麼意思

最近在StudentUniverse訂機票

使用媽媽的信用卡

在填信用卡時

Billing address似乎有誤

而信用卡確實已經扣款

因此StudentUniverse寄了一封信給我

大意是我的信用卡資訊有誤

We are unable to obtain an exact match on your credit card information, so

your flights are being held for further review.  We need to speak with the

credit card holder directly.  Kindly provide us with the contact information,

phone number and email, so we can follow this up and get you this ticket.

Please also send us the front and back copy of the credit card plus a valid

ID of the cardholder.  For security purposes, please cover the first 12

digits of the card.

請問一下

phone number我打算填手機

那麼是直接填09XXXX.....就好

還是要寫(886)09XXXX.......

另外a valid ID of the cardholder

意思是信用卡持有人的身分證字號嗎?
