                   Memory of Trees



   Of the fresh sprout in spring elegant with youth,
   With rhythmic leaf dancing the autumn song.
   By prolific green dressed in sash of summer,
   Under crystal frost we stand firm and strong.
   Year by year time turns not its` sight,
   Mother Nature speaks no right or wrong.

   Colorful sensation gorges with perfect bloom,
   Orange in red sounds the trumpet of peace.
   Heat of slumber burns not my frail long branch,
   Blizzard of just slays all before it cease.
   Day by day time walks an old nobles' pace,
   All living thing are bound to its` lease.

   There exists no age that defines maturity,
   One hundred year bears few tales to be told.
   Living a legend is the least of all our wishes,
   We are loyal servants obeying what fate unfold.
   Those with desire are burdened in joy or sorrow,
   Hell and heaven were formed in the exact same mold.

   Humble are the minds of full grown wisdom,
   All knowledge gained was from what is given.
   Cautious are the hands stretched through calamity,
   What destiny deeply haunts cannot be driven.
   Silence doesn’t prove that one is weak in words,
   The depressed walking under can be enliven.

  12.lease 租賃契約
  13.bear 擔負
  14.burden 承擔
  15.mold 模子
  16.humble 謙虛
  17.calamity 同情心
  18.destiny 宿命(這個大家應該都知道吧...)
  19.enliven 使...再度活躍

   最後,即便詩本身看不懂,
   沒關係.若單字能理解,也可以稍應付一下全民英檢
   至少中高級的單字不比這個難.
   我以我考過三次中高級,但從來不曾通過過的人格保證.
