大意
巡迴審判法庭改判了一個由較低一階的法院裁決的案子。
這個案子主要是一個佛羅里達人
的團體控訴電視節目「誰想成為百萬富翁」的叩應
違反了美國身障法的第三條。因為這個
電視節目的叩應並沒有提供失聰、失明及其他癱瘓者和社會調和的機會。
