應該是「著地」吧... 不然為什麼「一足或雙足可以離地」？
手邊沒有新規則 所以上網看了一下 FIBA Americas的線上規則
25.2.2
While coming to a stop when neither foot is the pivot foot:
-- To pass or shoot for a field goal, one or both feet may be lifted but
may not return to the floor before the ball is released from the hand(s).
