Blazers Chat with Jason Quick December 23, 2004 Clip 1 - What did we learn about the team during this six-game road trip? Quick's take:"I think the team has made strides in corraling Zach Randolph, so to speak." Clip 2 - Is Nick Van Exel really planning on retiring at the end of the season? Quick's take:"I just think he's had enough of the league and his body is wearing down on him..." Clip 3 - Is Shareef Abdur-Rahim hurt, or is he trying to force a trade? Quick's take:"The injury is very real." Clip 4 - Were the Blazers surprised or disappointed when Vince Carter was taken off the market? Quick's take:"I think they were surprised in what was given up for him. (Shareef) was very surprised that New Jersey game up so little in return for him." Clip 5 - Would the Blazers consider trading Zach Randolph and keeping Shareef Abdur-Rahim? Quick's take:"After what we've seen this year, why not build around Shareef and look to trade Zach? To me... Shareef is a more complete player." Clip 6 - What about Randolph's defense? Quick's take:"As (Theo Ratliff) was walking off the court (in Atlanta), Theo said to Maurice Cheeks, "The guy doesn't even want to play." He was disgusted (at Zach)." Clip 7 - Is Stoudamire's ideal role as a sixth man, and will he continue to come off the bench? Quick's take:"Cheeks really likes Damon coming off the bench. I think that is going to continue throughout the season." Clip 8 - Is there a player the Blazers could acquire that would immediately improve the team? Quick's take:"Michael Finley is a guy who could drastically improve this Blazer team, because he's a guy who can make an outside shot. He's a guy that can get to the free throw line. That type of player is the type of player that could help the Blazers." -- 晚點再翻譯...... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.62.155.78
