Roy practices, could return Dec. 20

Rookie Brandon Roy, out since Nov. 10 with a left heel injury, was cleared by
doctors Friday to begin full-speed drills.
He went full speed in Saturday's practice and there's a chance he could play
Friday against the Clippers, but that it was more likely his return would be
Dec. 20 against Houston. Roy had been in an orthotic boot for three weeks,
after which he spent the past week doing low-impact training, such as
workouts on an exercise bike and an elliptical machine. Dec. 10 - 11:16 a.m.
