重點是上面這段話 要等新的薪資上限公佈後才能確定合約
所以我想應該是蠻接近5年5000萬吧
那樣第一年的薪資會因為很接近我們的薪資空間 所以必須等到上限公佈才能敲定
5年5000萬的約大部分是長這樣（我們最多只能提供8%的raise）
