For specifically Juwan, (franchise president) Larry Miller had dinner with us, with (Blazers coach) Nate (McMillan) and Juwan, because he already had an existing relationship. So, we do try to leverage that. (Miller) has got a lot of relationships — Juwan was part of the (Nike) Jordan Brand, so we definitely brought (Miller) into that — and I mean that in a good way; I'm not trying to say leverage in a bad way. What I'm saying is ... we at all cost try to — how do I say this? — take the business side out as much as we can. And sometimes you can't; it's just impossible. But build a program, not a franchise, a program, because there's two different things. A franchise, you know, they're just cookie cutters. Programs are unique; they have their own sets of value systems; they have their own processes. And hopefully we've brought some good processes to this organization. And we all feel very strongly about how we want to do it. Sometimes it is — I wouldn't say a challenge, but — we all express our opinions, but we're also good listeners. And I think that's, in terms of a leadership group, that's what you want. You want to be able to hear when Larry feels strongly about something. You want to hear when Nate feels strongly about something. And we stay true to our core values. But what I always look forward to is how everything plays out. What I do believe in is this: Is that we've got a great group of young men who are committed to playing the best basketball that they possibly can play. And where that takes us, I don't know. I can't speculate on that. What I do know is, ('The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People' author) Stephen Covey has that saying, 'Start with end in mind,' right? We know what we want to be, right? We want to make this community proud of us, and there's a lot of ways that we can do that. But, if at the end of the year, the community is proud of us, we know we have done our job. I think we've done it pretty good the last couple of years. And then, ultimately, you have to put the cake in the oven. I think we're in the oven stage. Now, you've got to put it in the oven, let it cook for a while, and then bring it out and see what you got.
