標題[外電] A米與阿拓

這兩天的阿拓外電 最近比較忙 簡單地說
在對灰熊的比賽最後剩4.3秒時 教練團要求Bayless第二罰故意不中以搶籃板
當時a米卻告訴Bayless要罰進去
RankA認為他應該要聽從教練的決定 在後來練習時找了他溝通
在談話中A米似乎有些帶著不愉快大聲的話語 內容沒有公開
“What the (heck) did I do?” Miller yelled out. (似乎是在溝通的時候)
What Miller did — and has done all season — is be himself.
Meanwhile, McMillan has kept Miller at distance. And the coach who called
Thursday’s outburst a “team” conversation has also professed to being
unable to reach his new point guard.
“He’s a very, very quiet individual. And he is to himself,” McMillan said
Dec. 2 when discussing Miller. “It’s almost like — sometimes silence is
worse than someone who talks. Because you can’t, you don’t have a read. Or
you don’t know how to ... communicate with them.”
但事後RankA有說些 We"re fine. 之類的話
A米和RankA似乎一直來就是有溝通的問題
A米覺得阿拓的打球模式過於條理化 死板
他表示
“I just don’t think I’ve been given the opportunity as a veteran to
actually show what I can do to help this team; there never was a chance
coming in here to put my stamp on the team as a veteran leader,” Miller told
The Columbian. “If you look at it, if you’re not given the opportunity, you
’ve got to find it; you’ve got to find ways to adjust.”
而KP則表示他覺得這沒什麼 溝通是件好事 就像婚姻一樣
Pritchard said the more open communication between the team and its coaches,
the better. Portland's GM said he encourages an open-door policy, and that
the best discussions lead the Blazers to "disagree, agree and unite."
"We've all had girlfriends or been in a marriage and been in a relationship,"
Pritchard said. "And if you're quiet all the time, you don't know how the
other person feels. If you can engage in that really open, honest discussion,
then you have a chance to either get worse or get better. And I hope we get
better."
另外ROY也覺得這沒什麼關係

我覺得並不到什麼破壞團隊氣氛的地步 媒體好像都要用比較戲劇性的口吻
但事實就是A米並沒有辦法適應這樣的打球方式
而教練似乎也沒有打算要改變
我們本來幻想的可能因為A米的到來可以改變年輕阿拓的死氣沉沉........
醒醒吧 看看教練是誰
(我都是大概看一下 有什麼要補充或我說錯的就說一下吧)
