NBA salary cap set at $58 million
The mid-level exception, which the Trail Blazers can use to sign a free
agent, is $5.8 million.
The tax level is $70.3 million. Any team that exceeds that will have to pay a
$1 tax for every $1 it is over.
The minimum team salary is $43.5 million, 75 percent of the cap.
