I only let very few people know about my bad mood.
What I mostly do now when I'm in a bad mood is to stay by myself for a
little while, doing some reading or listening to some music. When I feel
extremely bad, I'd go drinking with 1 or 2 friends...actually alcohol helps
you sleep well and temporarily forget about the troubles. Or I go salsa
dancing every weekend now, let the music and movement help relax myself.
Anyway the point is: when you feel blue, don't allow the emotion to expand
too much. Try to do something else to relax or distract your attention, then
go back to your problems in a little while. And remember: you're not the
only one who feels bad in this world!!
