Does it mean that once you finish your study, you'll have to come back to
Taiwan to work? And no later than 10 years after you receive the fellowship,
you'll have to start working according to the contract?
ANy suggestion that if I need this money but don't see any potential or
possibility to find a job in Taiwan after I graduate? :P:P
