If $$ is not a problem for you because you're now sponsored for N years,
then go to a place where you can graduate as soon as possible! If you're
financially tied and you'll have to work as TA or RA, then you'll have to
choose a place where you can get this kind of funding. When $$ is not a
controlling factor anymore, you'll realize you have sooooooooo many options.
