Klopp responds to Lewandowski statements: "We will clarify this issue in the
next few days"At his pre-game press conference for the cup tie at
SV Wilhelmshaven, BVB coach Jurgen Klopp also spoke about the statements made
by Robert Lewandowski. "For me, it is way more important what he does than
what he says, because what he does doesn’t leave any room for interpretation.
"There are no problems in the daily routines," Klopp said in reply to a
reporter question, adding: "If that were the case, I would say something about
it - and surely react differently." Klopp indicated that he will seek a meeting
with the player and his agents in the next couple of days. "Everything to talk
about will be talked about internally. The meeting’s goal will be to settle
this matter for good." The Dortmund coach added: "Everything’s okay. Nothing
has changed since yesterday or the day before. I expect that we will be able
to resolve this issue within the next few days."
