找到void volume 的解釋
void volume :
sample注入column後，這時會通入mobile phase使sample可以通過stationary phase
已達到分離的效果。在sample中，有些solutes(nonretained component)與
stationary phase之間不會有任何interaction，所以其elute的速度與mobile phase
流動的速度相同
將這些nonretained component elute出column所需mobile phase之體積
即為void volume
至於elution volume 和 total volume 則沒提到
不過課本出現retention volume這詞
retention volume :
solutes elute 出column時，在detect signal圖表上會形成一個peak
某特定solute's retention volume 為在圖表上elute到此特定solute的peak頂端時所需
之mobile phase 體積
google 查到 elution volume 的解釋(應該就是和retention volume 一樣)
The amount of eluant which has passed through the column in column
chromatography before a particular peak in an elution profile appears, or
before a specific substance of interest comes out with the eluant, separated
out of the original mixed substance.
那total volume 大概就是將solute完全elute出來所需之體積
運算的話，大概就相加或相減吧
行為大概是生物分子...改變結構
