1.Cell division前會產生MPF(Mature promoting factor),是由cyclin B與
  cdc2組成,這個factor會phosphorylation condensin 與 H3導致chromatin
  condensation成chromosome,當分裂完成後,cyclin B會degradation進而造
  成cdc2去活性,最後導致chromosome變回chromation.
  (來自一年前的細胞生物學所學,若有出入請鍵量也請補充)

2.Phage display......好難說喔
  就是insertion.....expression.....selection

3.更難說了...就是.....
  a.Pin1 react with pAPP to make trans-pAPP become A-beta. The formation
    of A-beta results plaque.
  b.Nuclear Pin1 decrease results hyperphosphorylation of Tau. Hyperpho-
    sphorylation Tau will make chromosome instability....somehow it will
    induce the apoptosis of neuron cell.This is the cause of Neuron cell
    degeneration.

4. a.沒有demethylase而是methyltransferse,但是只作用在某些特定Lys上,會促使
     HP1無法binding導致基因表現.
   b.有,又稱為methyltransferase,但是目前尚未indentify任何regulator,我個人
     判斷應該要有regulator才對.
