Reassembly of the entire complex at the apical end following each neuroblast
division requires actin microfilaments.
Generally, asymmetric protein segregation requires actin but not tubulin,
也就是說BPP和IPLG complex(BPP和IPLG都會分布在apical site) are localization by
actin而不是tubulin(microtubule)倒是mitotic spindle會藉由microtubule拉開,但應
該不算是factor
所以寫"目前為止沒觀察到"應該比較沒問題
看起來像題目出錯(故意的?)
