我這是在講細菌中所用的用詞，所以 strains 是不同菌株
within-specie 就是把同一物種不同菌株拿來作比較，
between-species 就是不同物種之間作比較，
fixation 就是一個 mutation 發生了之後，隨著時間演變這個變異在
所有這個物種的 individual 都有 (或者是你所能觀察到的對象之內)，
就是被 fixed 著了就叫做達到 fixation。
