我已經下載R的套件(包含cluster),並且已經安裝設定
但是我想知道cluster這個套件所接受的輸入格式是什麼,ex: fasta格式還是其他的?
所以想請問大家cluster這個套件,他所接受的input format是?
此外,下面網址是關於(R)cluster文章,但是裡面沒提到它input format,我也用過help.search("cluster"),裡面也沒提到,所以上來問一下大家
