[問題] genomic DNA序列

小的是生物資訊的新手  目前只會用基礎的NCBI和Blast

還有一點簡單的 MEGA 5做Orthologous genes phylogeny

想請問如果手上有一段Genomic DNA序列

應該如何下手去找出該序列的物種.基因的組成與位置等資訊呢?

→ windincloud:若只有一段的話 那就丟入NCBI的BLAST跟NT DataBase比
→ windincloud:然後去看一下identity及p-value去決定可能的物種
