標題: [討論] Torrent Suite 5.18開源軟體安裝與執行

最近在比較不同的 Torrent Suite 版本
在大約15~30bp的insertion/deletion/deletion-insertion variant calling狀況，
Thermo在github有釋出 Torrent Suite 開源版本
https://github.com/iontorrent/TS/tree/master#readme-ov-file
但不論環境是否直接在伺服器上操作或使用Docker環境，
在安裝和操作看起來都要透過 http://updates.iontorrent.com
去下載安裝和執行需要的相關dependency，
但這個網站已經掛很久了，看biostar的討論似乎掛了好幾年，
也沒有找到替代的解決方法
想請問是否有板友有使用過 Torrent Suite 開源版本，
在遇到iontorrent update網站掛掉的狀況，
有找到替代的方式去抓到這些dependency，或是用替代的方式執行variant calling嗎
補充一下是想要拿bam file來做TVC stand-alone variant calling
