我不知道來這裡問恰不恰當
可是很想拜託懂生化的人稍微解釋一下
這是文章中的兩個英文句子

1. A solution of 0.25M of 3'-DMT-thymidine-5'-CEP in acetonitrile was prepared
with 0.37 g of 3'-dimethoxytrityl-5'-phosphoramidite-deoxythymidine dissolved
in 2 ml of distilled, anhydrous acetonitrile in a dry box.

2. The 3'-O-DMT-thymidine-5'-phosphoramidite solution was spotted onto the
glass slide.

我想知道
1.  3'-DMT-thymidine-5'-CEP 是粉末嗎？然後以acetonitrile為溶劑，配成0.25M
2.  3'-dimethoxytrityl-5'-phosphoramidite-deoxythymidine 也是粉末嗎？
然後溶在 2 ml 已蒸餾、無水的 acetonitrile 中，配成溶液
3.  以上兩者相加，等於 3'-O-DMT-thymidine-5'-phosphoramidite solution?

不好意思，因為我翻成中文後，一直覺得這兩句好奇怪
而且我也不確定 3'-O-DMT-thymidine-5'-phosphoramidite solution 是怎麼來的？
所以拜託懂的人幫忙回覆一下好嗎？
