請問大大們生物資訊2個問題

    抱歉上來勞煩各位先進 想了3個鐘頭還是解不出來

    1) 請從primer找出基因的原始序列

    2) 找vector sequence，並將EGFP蛋白剪接到vector的multiple cloning site.
