我找到的：
PHOSITA is everyone and no one in particular. PHOSITA is an intellectual

簡而言之：在該技術領域具有通常技藝之人
(person having ordinary skill in the art)
對於該技術領域具有通常技術之人是顯而易知的(Obvious)...
簡而言之就是缺乏進步性...
但是這類的專利可以拿的到，可以依照審查單位要求而被許可，但是要注意如果你修改了
對於這個專利有沒有很大的保護行為，若沒有很大保護作用，意義也不大。
我查完所有的資料所得到的答案，請參考，有錯請指正....
再換句話說，PHOSITA是指這是個沒有什麼了不起的發現......
