【問題】：
我針對含有抗藥基因的細菌抽plasmid-DNA,都抽不到！
【問題起因】：我用kit 或TENS extract for plasmid-DNA of BACETERIA
都fail,但抽 pDA-8 that has plasmid as posotive is ok.
請問：細菌量不夠？或有其他可能因素？
