現在把可測試三聚氰胺含量的ELISA kit資料與各位分享.
靈敏度大約為幾~幾百ppm(依樣品而定), 約一小時可以檢測出.

AgraQuant® Melamine ELISA Test Kit
The AgraQuant® Melamine Test Kit by Romer Labs® is a direct competitive
enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). It has been developed for the
analysis of melamine in wheat gluten and pet food.
AgraQuant® Melamine Test Kit has quantitation ranges of 10-250ppm for wheat
gluten, 2-50ppm for moist pet food, and 4-100ppm for dried pet food. Each kit
comes complete with melamine standards, antibody-coated microwells, enzyme
conjugate, substrate and stop solution, etc.
The AgraQuant® Melamine Kit is accurate; the results are comparable with
published HPLC methods. The method is reproducible; consistent results have
been obtained in intra- and inter-laboratory settings. The AgraQuant®
Melamine Kit is very fast and can be run with 60 minutes total incubation
time. Simple methanol/water sample extraction and no clean-up steps required
make the test very easy to use. The 96 breakaway microwell format minimizes
waste and maximizes value and makes the test very cost-effective.
