我想請問幾個跟演化生物學或統計有關的
1. CI (consistency index) : 一致性指數
2. RI (Retention index) : 保存性指數
3. RC (Rescaled consistency index)
4. HI (Homoplasy index)
想先問這四個的值有什麼特別的意思嗎?
bootstrap support 我查好像都說是支持度
但我想知道這個支持度是什麼意思呢?
有其training跟testing的意義嗎?
還是有什麼相關的演化生物學版之類可以問嗎
