一般說水分移動由滲透壓判斷只有在壓力勢相等時,
而且因為滲透壓是和純水(純水為0)相比,所以一定為負值,
含有越多的溶質滲透壓越負,所以不看壓力勢時,
水是從高滲透壓往低滲透壓移動.......
正常來說,要看水的移動要看水勢能(water potential),
water potential = solute potential + pressure potential
方向一樣是從高水勢流到低水勢,
cell = -0.2 + 0.4 = 0.2 chamber = 0 + 0.5 = 0.5
所以水會由chamber移動到cell裡,
答案是 B) 才對......
