[問題] transfer time: 100mA 90minfor125和19~20kda protein好嗎?

作 western blot,同時 針對19~20和125kda protein作transfer step,
在transfer 的condition為100mA,90min,這樣恰當嗎?
另外 antibody 可reuse 幾次?
