請問一下IP時所用的protein G bead 會bind到我所要的band
（只加protein G bead 未加ab的 negative 組）
此時我的wash buffer除了提高NP40的量(已到0.5%)和加入BSA(1%)之外
還有哪些可調整的地方?? <囧> 還是有其他可以調整的地方？
