[問題]有關MSP-如何明確知道promoter的範圍

[dropdred (keep the faith)]

在做MSP(Methylation Specific PCR)偵測promoter region中CpG island甲基化的狀態

不是要先知道promoter的位置，然後再選取特定的範圍來偵測CpG island甲基化的程度，

想請問：如何知道欲研究的基因的promoter region是從哪裡到哪裡？該如何界定？

能提供我如何查資料的方法嘛？
