想要複製出一個「完全正常健康」的cloned animal or cloned human
必須要克服epigentic（DNA methylation, histone modification等）問題
意思就是要將植入的nucleus的epigentic status reprogram到適當的狀態
不正確的genomic reprogramming而造成aberrant gene expression
所以往往在還沒出生就死掉囉
少部分成功的還是會具有缺陷

作者認為基本上reproductive cloning幾乎不可能成功
而therapeutic cloning則被認為有很大的potential
指的是誘導cloned embryonic stem cell形成器官來作為治療用途
