請問有沒有人知道如何將trypan blue接到BSA上呢
目前看到paper裡面methods and materials提到
"Trypan blue labeled bovine serum albumin (TB-BSA) was prepared by adding
180mg Trypan blue (Sigma) and 4g BSA fraction V (Sigma) to 100mL HBSS (Gibco).
Precipitation of TB-BSA stock with 5% trichloracetic acide (TCA) showed that
greater than 98% of the Trypan blue was protein-bound. TCA precipitation
was also carried out on the TB-BSA after incubation with the test agent to
ensure that no cleavage of the dye from the protein was occurred."
看完之後還是不太了解該怎麼製備TB-BSA
請問有前輩可以提供相關protocol嗎
又
是否有廠商有在賣TB-BSA?
