是對動物細胞的transfection
上網查了一下基因槍的protocol(不確定是不是講動物細胞)
是這樣寫的
Transfections were typically performed at a pressure of 40 psi (adjusted at
the tank valve) to transfect cells about 30 micrometer depth from the surface.
所以當我用40psi的壓力，就會很剛好的把DNA打到真皮與肌肉之間嗎???
(老師說基因槍是將DNA打到這，是他的優點)
而打入的深度是30 micrometer對於intradermal來說會不會太淺了???
還是有沒有實驗過最適合的壓力是剛好把DNA打入皮膚與肌肉之間的
