PCR很多次了
還是P不出來
感覺primer dimer很明顯?
請問高手有哪些方法?可以教導我!!
我的條件是
94度C-1mins
45度C-2mins
72度C-3mins
跑36 cycles
pcr product大概是784bp(我知道很短)但是就是跑不出來!
用的是taq proofreading enzyme (因為要送去定序)
大概是這樣!x
