請問一下這兩種方式的差別是什麼呢..??
是不是因為pull down assay並不是使用抗體所以才另外取一個名字的阿..??
兩者不都是觀察protein的interaction狀況嗎..??
還有pull down的專一性是否沒有CO-IP高呢..??
