[問題] do I have to sterilize TE buffer?

Excuse me, I'm now having a bacteria total DNA extraction experiment,
which need of using TE buffer (10mM Tris-HCl, 0.1mM EDTA).
i was just wondering do i have to sterilze TE buffer before using it?
And is this materail capable to sterilize?

推 snowtree:0.2um 濾膜過濾就行了
推 krisnile:過濾膜不便宜~autoclave一下就好了~
推 enisx:分開autoclave或是混合好再autoclave皆可!
