有人用過 bifunctional crosslinker SANPAH嗎? Pierce公司的
請問作用原理 是什麼@@>?
好像是使Protein上的 reactive amine group 或 photoreactive group
與 target protein 做 linking 對嗎@@>?(傻傻搞不懂中...)
完全沒用過UV crosslinker, 請教知道原理的大大, 謝謝^^
