A當然有可能 不過這種題目正確想法是因為A=T 大多狀況下 雙股最可能

Okazaki fragment主要是因為DNA polymerase 只能5->3這樣進行複製

所以另一端才會有這樣片段形成 所以當DNA polymerase也能3->5這樣進行的話

當然就不需要存在Okazaki fragment

題目並沒有說DNA polymerase變成只能3->5

Simple and concise definition: Chromatin is DNA plus the proteins (and RNA)
that package DNA within the cell nucleus.

這是從wiki來的 因為我手邊沒有原文書 所以偷懶去查一下wiki

沒記錯的話 RNA跟chromatin 的關聯 也是最近幾年來才比較確立

有興趣可以去查查 我記得有不少篇paper在講
