目前在抽cell的membrane cytosol nucleus protein
準備要跑western
看抽出來的三個fraction有沒有抽乾淨
已知cytosol protein marker是GAPDH
nuclear protein marker是Lamin A/C
查了很多paper membrane protein marker都是用Na-K ATPase
但我們家和別家都沒有這隻抗體
想請問有期他的protein可以當marker嗎?
我是用mouse embryonic stem cell....
